chicken, chicken products and table eggs following the high standards of world
class practices using latest techniques and technologies.
A group of Managers from Production
and other supportive departments named as Production Committee, discuss various
ways and means to improve profits for the company as well as welfare of birds
and employees.
Breeder Farms
The production Cycle begins from
“Breeder farms”, equipped with modern technology. 1.6 Million parent chickens
are grown in well isolated locations to provide 234 Million pathogen free
Hatching eggs to the Hatcheries per year.
Hatcheries
The well equipped modern hatcheries having annual setting
capacity of 237 Million eggs with very high standards of sanitation and
hygiene, provide 181 million day old baby broiler chicks to broiler farms per
year.
Broiler Farms
Healthy baby chicks received from hatcheries are reared in
modern insulated environmentally controlled houses. High standards of disease
prevention measures help to supply about 171 Million healthy broilers to
Processing Plants per year.
Processing Plants
All the birds sent to Processing plants are processed
according to ISLAMIC SHARIA, under very high standards of hygiene / sanitation
and supply variety of products as per requirements.
Further processing
Plants (Value Added Products)
The best quality chicken products and meat are provided from
Processing plants to prepare healthy ready to cook / semi cooked / cooked
variety of products using the latest technology in highly secured hygiene
conditions.
Commercial Layers
In addition to providing chickens and chicken products
Al-Watania Poultry is also growing birds to produce 230 million fresh table
eggs. The birds are kept in environmentally controlled houses following high
standards of hygiene to prevent birds from disease threats.
Poultry Health
A team of qualified veterinarians are responsible to take
care of health of the birds. The preventive measures by applying good
Bio-Security / Pest Control and vaccines help in maintaining good health which
results in producing quality chicken.
Feed Mills
Feed Mills using latest technologies are responsible to
produce good quality 500,000 tons of feed / Year. Balanced nutrition helps to
grow birds healthy & nutritious.
