Having Passed across the period of 25 years or a few more, Al-Watania Poultry became able to achieve – not only the quickly success- but the outstanding distinction that became as its identity and distinguished mark that grew along with company's development and progressive periods over the last years.

There is no doubt that the human element was one of the main factor behind this distinction, and which was always the main concern of the company to develop their managing resources and potentials as well as it worked for growth of their abilities. Investment in human resources is the main objective of the company for which it makes every effort to achieve that on the ground realities. That is why; the company was always interested and keen on seeking and selecting qualified Saudi youths to work into entire sectors of the company, moreover, it is working in this area with the coordination of many organizations specially with Human resources and Development Fund and with Chamber of Commerce and Industry by recruiting directly new graduates technicians, arranging training programs for them on starting of works, building main and basic infrastructure, developing their necessary skills and experiences enabling them to rise and climb professional stairs. Within a short period, Al-Watania Poultry made significant progress in attracting national qualified persons for work in the company's with different management and technical divisions and department. Recruitment of technically qualified persons form Saudi national is the companies main objective and it is working to achieve them through organized procedures and systems and with the collaboration of Human Resources and Development fund, employing 94 young into different parts of the Kingdom on many technical, managing and financial positions as a immediate recruitment, targeting to employ 800 Saudi staffs on a number of specializations and professions available  with company's conveniences all over the Kingdom within next four years. Working with Al-Watania Poultry provides proper chances and opportunity to improve and progress. In addition to proper work environments, the company organizes many training programs for their employees on starting of the work in order to maintain working efficiencies enabling them to handle latest changes and developments occurring in all area.

Training department is wholly engaged for dragging out the training requirements of the company's departments and divisions in order to prepare the annual training plan for each fiscal year and commencing with it by using different expert sources whether internal or external to enhance the performances and to achieve and to overcome the pervious business records.

There are some principles the company believes upon that the proper work environment helps in growing the potential talents and abilities of staff. Therefore we do our best and make every effort in creating proper work environment by arranging similar personnel.
