Chicken Rolls

 

Ingredients:

  • One kgm of Al-Watania chicken fillet.
  • One medium chopped onion.
  • Two chopped garlic lope.
  • Three spoons of chopped cheese.
  • One large spoon of chopped parsley.
  • 250 gm chopped meat.
  • Salt, pepper, spices.
  • 1/2 large spoon of butter.
  • Two large spoon oil.

Preparation:

  • Spread the chicken fillet, cut every peace two half, add salt & pepper.
  • Fry onion with little butter to be lightly brown, add garlic, meat, and remove it on heat for (3) minutes.
  • Spread one slide of chicken fillet, put the combination on its middle, and stable it or string it.
  • Put oil, butter on heat, add the chicken rolls, and remove it on heat until   
  • be lightly brown.
  • Cover the chicken rolls on low heat with removing from time to time,  and add water if it need until cook the rolls.
  • Serve the rolls, heat the sauce and put it upon the rolls.
