Chicken Rolls
Ingredients:
One
kgm of Al-Watania chicken fillet.
- One medium chopped
onion.
- Two chopped garlic
lope.
- Three spoons of
chopped cheese.
- One large spoon of
chopped parsley.
- 250 gm chopped meat.
- Salt, pepper,
spices.
- 1/2 large spoon of
butter.
- Two large spoon oil.
Preparation:
- Spread the chicken
fillet, cut every peace two half, add salt & pepper.
- Fry onion with
little butter to be lightly brown, add garlic, meat, and remove it on heat
for (3) minutes.
- Spread one slide of
chicken fillet, put the combination on its middle, and stable it or string
it.
- Put oil, butter on
heat, add the chicken rolls, and remove it on heat until
- be lightly brown.
- Cover the chicken
rolls on low heat with removing from time to time, and add water if it need until cook the
rolls.
- Serve the rolls,
heat the sauce and put it upon the rolls.
