Ingredients:
  • One chicken ( Al-Watania 1000 g).Ketchup.
  • Chopped onion.
  • Chopped garlic.
  • Spices (salt, pepper, Cumin, curcuma, chopped herbage, and little of canella).
  • One little spoon of chopped fenugreek.
  • Two large spoons lemon juice.
  • 1 chicken stock.
  • Vegetables (cut to quarters) (tomato, onion, garlic, green pepper) or any vegetables as your request.
  • Lime.

 

Preparation:
  • Mix the ingredients (garlic, onion, ketchup, spices, fenugreek, and lemon juice), put it on firestone on oven, add the vegetables, lime, on and around the chicken, and the tomato must be at least.
  • Add the chicken stock upon it, cover the firestone with aluminum foil, put it on oven for one hour or until cook the chicken.
  • Serve the chicken with thick soup, and vegetables.
