Ramadan
Praise is to God, and there is no god but
only one God, and giving swear that Mohammad is the slave and the prophet of
the god God blessing and peace be upon him, his family, and all his companions.
Our good ancestors , the companions of the
messenger (Gbph) and their followers were interested in the month of Ramadan , been happy for his arrival , they
prayed to god to accept and maintain their fasting against things violate it
like nonsense , entertainment , backbite, slandering, and lying. They
were giving life to the nights of Ramadan, by praying and reciting holly
Quraan, They were obliged to help poor people with charity and beneficence ,
feeding and breakfasting the fasters, they were fighting themselves by obeying
god , and fighting the enemies of Islam , to ensure the work of the god and to
make all the religion for god only .The
battle of Badr took place in Ramadan , where the Muslims defeated their
enemy on Ramadan 17th , and the invasion of Mekkah on the 20th
of Ramadan where Islam has spread out and Mekkah became the Country of Islam.
Ramadan is not a month of inertia, sleeping
and laziness, It is a month of Jihad, worshipping and work, so we have to
receive it with happiness and generous since it is the month which the god has
chosen for the worshipping of fasting and praying, and it is the month on which
prophet Mohammad received Quraan to guide people and to lead them from darkness
to light. We have to be happy with a month on which the paradise gates are
opened and the gates of the hell are closed, a month on which the devils are
handcuffed, a month on which the favors are doubled, and the grades are raised
and the sins are cancelled.
We have to take the opportunity of life,
health and youth to make it all obedience and worshipping and to re – oblige in
this month to be repentant in all time. And to be obliged to do what god has
instructed us to do and to avoid what he has forbidden us to do to be the
winners of the day on which no money or sons will be useful for us except our
clean hearts.
God says those who obey god and the messenger
will be the greatest winners , we have to keep doing duties and desired things
and leaving the forbidden , in Ramadan and other Months as god tell us , keep
worshipping until you die , and as the god says ( say : my prayers , asceticism
, life ,and my death are for the god of the worlds who has no partner , the
thing which I have been instructed to do , and I am the first Muslim.)
We have to receive this month with a strong
intention to fasting , praying and worshipping as a believer , not as imitators
, we should fast from sins , bad words
, bad looking , bad listening , bad
food , bad drink , to win forgiveness and free our souls from fire , we have to
maintain the morals of fasting , by delaying Sahour ( Meal before daybreak) and
hurrying breakfast and to increase in
favor doings , and to say ( I am fasting ) If we insulted and not meeting the
fault with a similar fault , but with good word to complete our fasting , , we
have to dedicate in our praying and fasting , and all our acts , since the god
will accept only the good doings. The good doing is the one which done only for
the god, and matches the custom of the messenger
Muslim should keep performing Tahajud prayers
, and revive the last 10 days of
Ramadan with praying , reciting Quraan , asking forgiveness , and requesting
Al-Quadr night, which is better than one thousands of nights .It is the night
which had been honored with the god
since holly Quraan has been sent on this night , in this night the sins
are forgiven in advance .Muslim should concentrate in worshipping , repenting ,
and praying for paradise and avoiding
hell , may god safe us and our parents from hell In the last ten days of
Ramadan ., prophet Mohammad (Gpbh ) isolates
himself from his wives and concentrates his acts in worshipping and praying .
Muslim should keep reciting in Ramadan and
other months and should understand the meanings of it since it will be a
witness for him on the day of resurrection, since Quraan will guide you in the
life.
Muslims should study Quraan together to win
the four miracles which the prophet said (whenever people gathered in a mosque,
reading and understanding the book of the god, they will be covered with
security, mercy, surrounded by the angels and god praise them among his
attendants)
Muslim should insist in asking forgiveness
and praying during day and night, when fasting and before daybreak, since
Hadeth of prophet Mohammad says that god come down every night to the first sky
at the last third of the night and says (who prays to me and I will respond to
him, who asks me and I will reply to him, who asks forgiveness and I will
forgive him.)
Praying is preferred when you are fasting,
and during breakfast. Prayers are replied during or at breakfast as god says in
Quraan: your god says, ask me and I will reply)
Muslim should maintain his short limited life
and keep his worship dedicated to god, especially during Ramadan, which is the
precious time that will be witness to the obedience of an obedient, the
disobedience of a disobedient and the inattention of an inattentive.)
Time should be organized accurately, so you
will not spend it in nonsense, because you will be questioned about every thing
you have done.
I here, glad to make a brief planning of time
in this generous month, may it be standard for the other months of our shout
life:
After Dawn Prayer Muslims should stay at
Mosque, recite Quraan and Praises, until sunrise. 15 minutes after sunrise
should perform two bows (prostration) to win a reward of complete Omrah and
Pilgrimage, as per Hadeth narrated by Al-Tirmizy
We should follow our prophet as well his
companions, those whom if they performed there prayers, stayed at the Mosque
praising the god until sunrise. Staying after prayer is the same like
performing prayers as narrated from Sunna. After that, Muslim sleeps till time
to go work. At job site he should watch god in his acts and doings, and praise
god all the time, and perform his five prayers on time and with the group. Those
who have no jobs should sleep afternoon, to give themselves power to night
prayers.
After Asr prayer, one's should recite Quraan,
and performs praises. After sunset it is time for dinner and relaxation, and
then Isha and Tahajud prayer should be performed. He may then do his duties for
a bout two hours , go to bed till the time before daybreak , ( sahour ) where
he should make ablution , pray , praise the god till the time of dawn ,
In brief , Muslim who looks for god
forgiveness should and fear from torment , should watch god every time ,
secretly or in public .He should keep praising god , standing sitting or lying
as god has describe the believers . Fear from god is a mark of accepting since
god has said (god accepts from those who fear from him)
