Konafa filled pies.

Ingredients :
- Konafa – 500gm.
- One cup of dissolved butter.
fill :
- One cup of chopped walnuts.
- One cup of chopped cashews.
- Sugar powder – ½ cup.
- Chopped Cinnamon
- one small spoon
- Chopped carnation – ¼ spoon.
- One yolk of Watania eggs.
Drop liquid :
- Sugar -2cus
- Water 1 ½ cup of water
- Small spoon of lemon juice.
- Small piece of lemon peel.
- Carnation – 4 stick.
- Cinnamon – one stick.
- One table spoon of honey.
Method:
- Take 1/8
konafa , spread it in rectangle wood plate( 18x25cm)- make the threads
look longitudinal.
- Rub the threads with some butter.
- Mix the ingredients of filling and spread two
spoons on the edge of the width of the rectangle.
- Rolls the threads and arrange the rolls close
together in a tray .Rub the surface with the remaining butter.
- Brown in a moderate furnace 9 50 minutes )
- Dissolve sugar in water on heating , add lemon juice
, carnation , cinnamon , and boil for 10 minutes , then cool .
- Pour the drop liquid on konafa , cover with a cloth
to be cooled.
Cut the rolls through width into 5cm pcs, and serve.
