Chicken Tan-dory
Chicken Tan-dory

Ingredients
:
- One
chopped peace of ginger.
- Three
chopped garlic lope.
- One
large spoon of tan-dory powder.
- Coriander
or Parsley (as your request).
- Half
spoon of salt.
- 250
gm Al-Watania chicken fillet.
- Two
large spoons oil.
- 125
gm basmati rice.
- 1/4
small spoon curcuma.
- Papers
of green Coriander.
Preparation
:
- Mix the garlic, ginger, tan-dory powder,
salt, and yaught.
- Make pits on the chicken fillet with
sharp knife, spice it with tan-dory, let it for one hour with removing it
for one time.
- Spread the fillet with oil, roast it for
(20) minutes or till cooked the peaces and remove for only one time.
- Cook rice with curcuma salty boiled
water for (10) minutes, serve on plat under the chicken peaces, and
decorate with the green papers of coriander and lemon slides.
